1. Loobjet print cartridge maintenance method:
Ink cartridge nozzle to print paper spacing
Best print results: Keep the distance between the print head and the print paper between 1mm and 1.5mm.

2. Cleaning the print head
To ensure print quality, you must periodically clean excess ink on the printhead:
As shown in Figure 1 below: Prepare a non-lint cloth, deionized water;
As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3: Place the print head down and gently wipe the edges of the print head.
Note:
Do not use too much force or use a dry cotton cloth to prevent the nozzle from being scratched;
Do not use cotton cloth with ink to prevent clogging of the nozzle.

3. How can I tell if the print head needs cleaning?
Figure 1 below shows the print head before cleaning; Figure 2 shows the print head after cleaning.

4. Cleaning nozzle
For ink cartridges that have not been used for a long time, you need to clean the nozzles as follows:
The method of cleaning the nozzle is the same as the method of cleaning the print head described above, please refer to the second step above;
Use a high resolution to print a piece of content, (600DPI or higher) —— the higher the resolution, the more ink is sprayed.
Note:
Do not shake the cartridge hard to prevent the pressure from damaging the nozzle.

5. Short-term, long-term method of saving ink cartridges
Short-term storage method (1 ~ 2 days):
a) continue to be installed on the printing machine, no need to remove, can be covered with a protective cover, or not;
b) Wipe and clean the ink cartridges before the next use.
Long-term storage method (greater than 3 days):
a) If the printing device has a protective cover, cover the print cartridge with a protective cover;
b) Store the ink cartridge in a damp, wet cloth or sponge-tight device to prevent the ink cartridge from drying out;
c) the device for storing the ink cartridge must be highly sealed;
d) Wipe and clean the cartridge before using it next time.

Print cartridge exception handling method:
Ink cartridge nozzle intake:
During the print job, it was found that the printed data only showed half of the data, and the other half was blank, which indicates that the ink cartridge nozzle was inflated.
The treatment method is to use the air suction jig to extract the gas in the print cartridge, as shown in the following figure.
Precautions when pumping:
Do not forcefully pull the suction syringe to avoid damaging the nozzle;
After the gas is exhausted, use a non-woven fabric dipped in distilled water and slowly wipe the nozzle slowly in one direction;
Pay attention to the force when pumping, vertical ink cartridge, slowly pull the syringe until the air in the syringe is sucked out, the extracted ink can not be used twice.
